Texarkana Man Arrested for Impersonating a Public Servant

Texarkana, Texas Police say they have arrested an 18 year old for impersonating a public servant.Authorities were called to the 2400 block of Richmond Road in reference to a suspicious person. Officers located the suspect and retrieved an airsoft pistol. Further investigation determined that 18 year old Devon Martin had allegedly previoulsy identified himself as a Texarkana, Texas Police Officer by using an actual officer's business card.

Martin has been booked into the Bi-State Jail on charges of impersonating a public servant. Bond has been set at $20,000.
