Tex Rep Presents 33 Variations

Tex*Rep will present the Tony award-winning, 33 Variations in the Stilwell Theatre on the Texarkana College campus. The play parallels the lives of a modern day woman with ALS and the historic Ludwig van Beethoven as he composes the “33 Variations,” his longest work for solo piano. Before the show, the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra and its conductor candidates for this year will have table to promote their season. Tex*Rep has also accepted the ice bucket challenge to raise funds for ALS; before each show, one local celebrity will get dunked. Performances are slated for 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturday; 2 p.m. Sundays with lobby activities beginning an hour before performance. Visit: www.texrep.org for more information.
