Taylor Swift will debut her 23rd music video, "I Knew You Were Trouble," on MTV on Thursday, her 23rd birthday. The clip co-stars Reeve Carney of Broadway's Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark as Taylor's bad-boy love interest.

Taylor says the new video is a departure from her previous work.  She tells MTV, "I knew I wanted the video to be different from anything we'd done ever done. I wanted to tell the story of a girl who falls into a world that's too fast for her, and suffers the consequences."

The "I Knew You Were Trouble" video will premiere at 4:40 p.m. ET on MTV Thursday. MTV.com has now posted a photo gallery from the shoot and will feature a video chronology of Taylor's previous 22 music videos starting Tuesday. Also, look for Taylor to sit down with MTV News' Sway Calloway for an in-depth interview on Wednesday as part of the Big and Best of 2012 event streaming at MTV.comVH1.comCMT.com andComedyCentral.com that day
