Every year we at Townsquare Media Texarkana host a wonderful informative event, The Senior Expo. This year as we all know things are different and a lot of events including this one is Virtual and it's presented by CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System.

The 2015 Senior Health & Wellness Expo, presented by title sponsor Wadley Regional Medical Center on Friday, June 5, was a huge success. It was held at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center and Texarkana really turned out for the free event.

Enjoy demonstrations of products and learn about services that benefit seniors and their families. This event is free and open to the public. At the expo, you will learn new ways to improve your well-being, have the opportunity to get free health screenings, gather tons of great information from our many vendors, enter great giveaways and pick up terrific freebies.

Don't miss out on any of the events this weekend. The Senior Expo starts the weekend off on Thursday then it is off to the Relay for Life on Friday and the Fall Gathering of Authors concert. Saturday is all about the dogs with a fundraiser dog walk/run and a chance to be a part of the Bark For Your Park video.

The 10th Annual Senior Expo will be Thursday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Special Events on the Boulevard.
