I've always believed that there is good everywhere. On the morning show we did a feature every day entitled "The Good Story." The segment was something I always looked forward to doing. I wanted to end the show on a good note to remind everyone, with all of the noise that surrounds us, there is always a good story out there to make you feel better about your current situation.

There is a blood drive on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Anytime Fitness on Trinity Blvd in Texarkana. There will also be a live DJ playing tunes; the Marines will have their Pull-up contest so you can show your strength and you can get your blood pressure checked. Free drinks!
