Animal Care and Adoption Center

Spuds is approximately 3 years old. He is SUPER smart. Spuds is a large, mixed breed dog. He is around 65 pounds. He is SUPER smart! Great on a leash. Very friendly too. He likes to roll in the grass, something he doesn’t get to do very often. Spuds was very calm on a leash which is surprising since he just came out of the shelter where all of the dogs were barking. He comes with a FREE wellness exam from Pleasant Grove Animal Hospital.

Our local animal shelter always has so many dogs available for adoption. There are also puppies, cats and kittens available for adoption. The others are waiting for their chance to get on the adoption floor so please consider adding a furry friend to your family.

ADOPTED! Black Jack is a Great Dane that is between 1 and 2 years old. He is very sweet and will be super easy to train. He gets along with other dogs too. BJ comes with a free wellness exam from Pleasant Grove Animal Hospital.

Meet our in-studio guest today: Mercedes is a chihuahua mix. She is approximately one year old. A super sweet little girl that is scared to death. Almost as much as Brandie Bristow, our volunteer for the morning!

Mercedes just chilled out in the studio with us. She likes to lay at your feet, where she feels safe. Her adorable personality and her quarter-tail set her out of the brown-dog group.

Our local animal shelter currently has 80 dogs, 13 puppies, 37 cats and 23 kittens for adoption. Last week 77 animals were euthanized and there were 15 adoptions. The fee to adopt a dog is only $40 and just $20 for a cat.

Meet our in-studio guest today: Ally is approx 4 to 5 months old. She's a sweetheart. Cattle dog/Terrier/German Shepherd mixed pup. She and her 2 siblings (Addison & Terry) are also at our local animal shelter waiting to be adopted. Smart dogs. Ally is great on a leash for a puppy that has probably never been on a leash.
