Have you ever seen such an unusual decoration in a yard or in this case, on a house? I'm sure it has a meaning but I didn't stop to find out. What do you think it stands for? Do you know of any other interesting yard decorations in Texarkana?

We've all seen yard gnomes. My grandmother used to have a big donkey made of Plaster of Paris with rebar all through it. I can't remember all of the details but, it was stolen from somewhere in Mexico I believe. Grandma was probably not too happy about it but she sure didn't mind planting rubber plants in the saddle bags.

Flamingos are another favorite yard decoration but I'm looking for the unusual. Post pics on our Facebook page of any unusual yard decorations you have seen around Texarkana.
