Six Leg Fun Run and 5K January 31st in Downtown Texarkana

The Six Leg Fun Run and 5K is coming on January 31, 2016 in beautiful downtown Texarkana. The run was created as a fundraiser for the Texarkana Animal Care and Adoption Center (TACAC). Participants will register to run or walk with their four legged pet, or if you don't have one the TACAC will be there to let you borrow one of theirs. Join them for a furry fun time. Race starts at 2PM.

The 5K is an officially timed race by Team Texarkana and will be run with a four legged friend.

The Fun Run/Walk is a walk, jog, run that will be untimed, but still will be completed with a four legged friend. First three two-legged finisher and first three six-legged finisher on fun run will receive a medal.

There will be other activities to take in after the race. Bounce houses, a pet costume contest and pet photography will be featured as well.
