Signs Your Boss Hates You

There are clear signs that the boss doesn't like you and may even hate you. Read on to find out why it could be you that they don't view as an important employee.

From a recent article in PayScale, it was discussed about how people at work talk chat about how much they hate their boss but what about your boss hating you back? According to the website here are three signs that the boss hates you:

1.  They only micromanage YOU.  If they do it to everyone, it's just their management style.  But if they only do it to YOU, it's different.  Unless you're a new employee.  In that case, being micromanaged is somewhat normal.

2.  They give other people feedback, but not you.  It might mean you're great at your job and don't NEED feedback.  But it can also be a sign they don't think you're important to the company.  Which means you won't be promoted anytime soon.

3.  They're overly critical.  Again, if they do it to everyone, it's probably not personal.  But if they always single out YOUR work, you're either bad at your job, or they have something against you.  Either way, you might want to start looking for a new job.
