Texarkana Ark., Police Officers responded to a 911 call in the 1800 Block of Garland Street today (7/3) at approximately 11:30 a.m. on a report of a possible suicide. Patrol Officers arriving on scene found a white male deceased, later identified as Michael Scott Roberts, 40 years of age, a resident of Texarkana, AR inside the home with what appeared to officers to be gunshot wounds to the body.
