Sam Smith delivered one of our favorite speeches of the night at the 2015 Grammy Awards. Accepting the award for Best Pop Vocal Album -- because, duh, have you even listened to 'In The Lonely Hour'? His vocals are insane -- Sam delivered an important message that is applicable to pretty much anyone, no matter what line of work you go into.

Dressed head-to-toe in one of our favorite looks of the night -- a crisp white button-down layered beneath the reddest suit we've ever seen -- Sam was refreshingly honest, sincere and clearly appreciative of his award.

He said, "I just wanna say that before I made this record I was doing everything to try and get my music out. I was trying to lose weight and I was making awful music. It was only until I started to be myself that the music started to flow and people started to listen." He really emphasized the idea that the most important thing to do is to ultimately stay true to who you are, and that's definitely something we can get behind.
