Responsible Dog Ownership Day — Saturday, September 7 at Spring Lake Park

Responsible Dog Ownership Day is a super fun event for you and your pets. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. there are plenty of things to see and do for you and your dog.

Spring Lake Park on Saturday, September 7 is where all of the dog-lovers of Texarkana will be. The demonstrations are so much fun to watch. You can also learn lots of information from all of the dog-groups that will be attending this yearly event.
