The Georgia Bulldogs rang in the new year in the best way possible Monday night (Jan. 1) when they secured an epic 54-48 victory over the Oklahoma Sooners in the 2018 Rose Bowl. Joining them to celebrate the double overtime W was none other than Quavo, another Georgia representer poised to win big in 2018.

Joining the elated Peach State squad on a confetti covered field in Pasedena, Calif.'s famed Rose Bowl Stadium, the Migos rapper held up a special newspaper reading "Later Sooners" as he soaked in the team's win. "W E D I D I T A G A I N ! ! ! @georgiafootball T H A R🌹S E B O W L C H A M P S," Quavo wrote in the caption for an Instagram post including a picture of himself with the Bulldogs.

Georgia's W over Oklahoma means they will now get the chance to compete for the national championship on their home turf in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium next Monday night (Jan. 8). In that contest, they will face-off against Alabama, who defeated Clemson in the Sugar Bowl yesterday. Feels safe to say Quavo will be there, too.

In related news, Quavo's also set to kill the game in the first quarter of 2018. Last month, he and Travis Scott dropped off their eagerly awaited Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho album, which should be followed by Migos' Culture 2 sometime this year. Clearly, he's got a lot to look forward to, beginning with the national championship game next week.
