Michael Wacha has been extraordinary during this baseball post-season.The St. Louis Cardinals need one more outstanding effort by the 22 year old rookie if they are to extend this World Series to a seventh and deciding game on Halloween night in Boston.

The Cardinals trail the Red Sox 3-2 in the series and are hoping the former Pleasant Grove star maintains the cool, calm demeanor he has displayed in four big playoff victories over the Pittsburgh Pirates, Los Angeles Dodgers and Boston Red Sox.

If St. Louis extends the series to tomorrow, the pitching matchup will likely be Cardinals Joe Kelley against Red Sox pitcher Jake Peavy. However, being a seventh game any pitcher  on staff may be called on to try and win it for their team.

Here's hoping Wacha's magic continues for one more game and we get to see the series go the distance..
