One Direction's new video for "Best Song Ever" has now gotten the most of views ever in one 24-hour period on VEVO.

In the first 24 hours after it debuted on VEVO, the hilarious clip, which features the boy band playing themselves as well as a variety of comical characters, racked up 10.9 million views, which is a new record.  The previous record holder was Miley Cyrus' video for "We Can't Stop," which nabbed 10.7 million views when it first debuted.

Meanwhile, the members of 1D admit that "Best Song Ever" is not their idea of the actual best song ever -- for an article in the British paper The Sun, they've all chosen their own personal favorites, which are very different.   For example, Louis Tomlinson chose Queen's "Don't Stop Me Now" because when you play it at a party, "It gets everyone up and singing badly."

Harry Styles went for "God Only Knows" by the Beach Boys, which he says is "a really good song."  Liam Payne chose John Mayer's "I Don't Trust Myself," adding, "You can listen to it at any time and never get bored."   Classic rock fan Niall Horan goes for "Hotel California" by The Eagles because "they're the best band ever," while Zayn Malik's vote is for 50 Cent's "In Da Club."  "I like that because it's a big club tune," he says.
