Jennifer Lopez is gearing up for her biggest tour ever with more then 60 dates planned in four continents later this year. A source tells Celebuzz the trek will begin in June in South America, followed by legs in Asia, Europe and North America.

At least 60 concerts have been confirmed, and more could still be added before an expected press conference to confirm the tour next week. The insider says, “J. Lo and her team have blocked out more than a month of their schedules, beginning May 4, to start intense rehearsals, each day at a sound stage in the Los Angeles area.”

Lopez’s boyfriend, dancer Casper Smart, will choreograph the stage show. The source adds, “This will be a huge tour, complete with a lavish set, full band and team of dancers.”

Surprisingly, this would be J. Lo’s first world tour. In 2007, she and then-hubby Marc Anthony played a series of shows together, but that tour never left the U.S. and ended after six weeks when Lopez became pregnant.

Finding time to tour has been a challenge for Lopez, who has to work around her schedule as a judge on ‘American Idol.’ With her increased profile thanks to ‘Idol’ and the success of last year’s ‘Love?’ and her new Pitbull-assisted single ‘Dance Again,’ the time is right for the dance floor diva to bring her music to her fans around the world.
