Dierks Lake will be hosting a hiking event to celebrate National Trails Day. The event will be held at Horseshoe Bend Park from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM . Hikers will meet at the pavilion at Horseshoe Bend Park and then hike the new Cave Creek Trail. Hikers should wear adequate footwear NO sandals, crocks or flip flops will be allowed. Hikers should bring adequate water for the hike and a snack. Mileage covered will be approx. 3.5 miles.
