Peggy has been going to the same hairdresser for eight years. They have a good relationship and this is the first time she's never screwed up her hair. What should she do?

She explained exactly what she wanted, but she got it COMPLETELY wrong. The color was off, and it looked like a kid's art project. It was so bad that Peggy didn't know what to say so all she said was, "It's different, it will take some time to get used to." Then the hairdresser still charged her $200 for the cut, color and style!

Such an awkward situation but we've all been there once or twice. Should Peggy:

  1. Tip her anyway?
  2. Tell her she got it all wrong? If yes, HOW????
  3. Or should she just avoid contact and start going somewhere else?
