It is a one-word answer:  How can you avoid eye-strain when you are on a computer?

BLINK! When you stare at a monitor your blink rate drops from 20 blinks per minute to only 7 blinks per minute! A rule to remember to help relieve the eye fatigue: 20-20-20 which means you should look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.

I have the worst time with this rule at the movies. I look like I have cried my eyes out when the movie is over, even when it was a comedy. So embarrassing.
