Miller County Sheriffs Office Arrest Man on Rape Charges

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Brian Lane Pond on a charge of alleged Rape.

he Criminal Investigation Division began an investigation into Pond for alleged sexual activity with someone less than sixteen (14) years of age.  Authorities say the investigation yielded evidence sufficient for a warrant to be issued by Judge Brent Haltom.  Pond was arrested at his residence and is currently being held at the Miller County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
