Miller County Sheriffs Deputies Make Theft Arrests

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office has reported a couple of arrests connected with alleged thefts in the county.

The Sheriffs Office conducted an investigation into a theft which occurred at a repair shop in Garland, Arkansas where miscellaneous items valued at approximately $3,000 were stolen.  That investigation lead to the arrest of twenty-one-year-old, Dylan Thomas of Garland, Arkansas.

The Sheriff’s Office also obtained warrants for thirty-six-year-old, Joshua Hanson of Fouke, Arkansas for residential burglary and theft of property.  Warrants were obtained after an investigation was conducted by the Criminal Investigation Division of a burglary in the Fouke area.  Hanson is currently being held in the Cass County Texas jail awaiting extradition.  Additional charges are pending on Hanson.
