Trends are shifting and low-fat, low-carb diets were left in the dust of 2012. Natural, unprocessed, gluten-free foods are in for 2013. So many people have food allergies now so the push is to be healthier with a more natural diet.

Gluten-free diets seem to be all the rage and look to be a popular diet trend in 2013. I have had many people suggest I try to go gluten-free in order to feel better and have more energy. Also, with big name celebrities like Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Hudson pushing Weight Watchers, weight loss programs will have continued popularity well into the new year.
