Here is what I found.Bryce's Cafeteria is a staple of the Texarkana restaurant scene. Bryce's has been in business since 1931 and they have the best pies in town. Bryce's will be 0pen on Thanksgiving serving lunch and dinner.

China Inn is one of the best values in Texarkana for Chinese food and they will be open on Thanksgiving, giving you an option to the same old turkey. They have lunch specials starting at 5.95 and the princess prawns are my favorite. Lunch includes soup and appetizers. The Service is second to none and the atmosphere is great.

The T Town Diner is the true definition of the greasy spoon. This is a restaurant that Guy from the food network would come visit on an episode of 'Diners Drive Ins and Dives'. The T town diner has great down home food for you just like grandma used to make and it is one of the best values in town. The T town diner is open all day on Thanksgiving. They serve breakfast all day.
