LifeShare Blood Center in Texarkana to Host a Blood Drive

LifeShare Blood Center in Texarkana is hosting a blood drive at their location this Saturday June 14.

LifeShare is having a World Blood Drive Day June 14, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at LifeShare Blood Centers, 1321 College Dr., Texarkana, Texas. There will be a costume contest, door prizes and of course watch Star Wars all day!

About 1 in 7 people entering a hospital need blood. One blood donation, approximately one pint of blood, can save up to three lives. Every donation has the potential to save someone’s life.
