Landmark Building in Downtown Texarkana Needs an Exterminator

Look at all of these wasps flying around the Landmark building in downtown Texarkana. The walls of the building appear to be where they all live. 

I work part time in an office at the Landmark building. During certain times of the year, walking into the building can be a little scary because of the wasp-like insects that appear to have taken up residency in the outer walls of the building. I'm not sure what kind of wasp these things are but since I am allergic to one sting, I try to avoid any contact.

I've seen these bugs flying around the building but it wasn't until I shot this video that I noticed just how many there were and that they were crawling into cracks of the outside walls.

The office I work in is on the top floor and I've seen red wasps flying around their nest just outside the window and I've thought how difficult it would be to attempt to treat that area since it is so high. The next time I go back to the office I plan to show my video to the owners of the building so they can decide whether they want to act on extermination.
