Having recently undergone surgery to repair a tear in her right hip, Lady Gaga can now truly relate to others with similar issues.  One special fan is benefiting in a big way: she's announced that Gaga is offering to foot the bill for her own doctors to perform hip replacement surgery on her as well.

In a post on her Twitter page, a wheelchair-bound Gaga super-fan named Emma revealed, "Gaga herself reached out to me and is hooking me up with her team of doctors, plus others, that did her surgery in NYC as I have been needing a hip replacement for quite some time."  Emma said she and her family were going to fly to New York City "all expenses paid, for a consult," to discuss having Gaga's team "potentially do my procedure as well."

Emma, who lives in Wisconsin, added, "She won't be there, but the gesture is absolutely incredible and I broke down sobbing immediately afterwards. My entire immediate family is coming with me on this new journey and words can't describe how incredibly BLESSED I am. I feel as though this whole thing was planned by God and it still hasn't quite hit me yet."

Emma then sent thanks to Gaga, her team and even Gaga's parents for "doing an incredible job of raising the most beautiful person I know."  By the way, you may recall that when Gaga first started using a wheelchair when it became too painful for her to walk, she named it "Emma."  Turns out she named the wheelchair after this same fan.
