Justin Bieber Gets Apology from Man Who Says He Rushed Dubai Stage

Justin Bieber has received an apology from a man who claims he was the one who rushed the stage at Justin's concert in Dubai Sunday night.

The anonymous man told Virgin Radio Dubai by phone on Monday, "If Justin can hear me, I just want to say sorry, I didn't mean to scare him....I'm a true Belieber."

An 18-year-old named Abdo Gotni has identified himself to E! News as the caller, saying, "I wanted to say hi and maybe take a picture. I wanted to hug him."

However, the COO of concert promoter Done Events say's the person who interrupted Justin's performance was a "13- or 14-year-old youth."

Justin managed to finish the show after security tackled the guy and escorted him off the stage -- but not before the piano toppled over.
