Junior League ‘Touch A Truck’ At Central Mall Saturday

The 3rd annual Junior League Touch A Truck is going on this Saturday at Central Mall.

This is the third year for the event and I can tell you it is a great thing to take the kids to. It starts at 10am and runs through 2pm in the Central Mall parking lot. Last year I had a chance to go and take my son and he was so excited. There were tractors, big trucks, campers, even fire trucks and trash trucks.

This year they will have bounce houses and 'The Mystery Machine' van for the 'Scooby Doo' fans. You can see all kinds of vehicles, including some of the pulling tractors that will be competing that night at the Four States Fairgrounds. There are interactive displays for the kids and safety demonstrations, face painting and refreshments  All of the money raised at this event goes to great local programs headed up by the Junior League of Texarkana.
