You've probably already seen this going around on Facebook, but we really need to find the crooks that broke into the Animal Care and Adoption Center in Texarkana, Arkansas.

According to KTBS:

Officials say five pitbulls, a cat, and pet supplies were stolen from the Animal Care and Adoption Center on the Arkansas-side.

It's estimated to have cost the shelter thousands of dollars in damages.

"This has left us devastated, we're just praying for a safe return of our pets," said Connie Slater, Executive Director, Animal Care and Adoption Center.

Slater says surveillance video at the shelter shows the alleged thieves walking through the building and stealing pitbulls.

Investigators examined the back door that was broken and the areas where the cameras had been shattered.

Slater says the supply room was ransacked.

"They took alot of dog food, they stole alot of the seven-in-one shots for the dogs, just numerous items," said Slater.

She says this is the 5th time the shelter has been broken into in the last two months, but this time they have better video of the alleged thieves.

She believes all of the break-ins are related.

The Animal Care and Adoption Center is located at 203 Harrison in Texarkana, Arkansas.
