According to French Montana, Kanye West is "doing great" following his shocking hospitalization last month

Entertainment Tonight caught up with the rapper at the GQ Men of the Year Party in Los Angeles on Thursday, December 8, where he offered an optimistic update on his friend.

"He's doing great. He's a.. he's a strong guy," Montana dished.

"He’s been through a lot and you know, this is just another hurdle in the way, you know what I'm saying? I mean I love everything he been doing, man," he added. "I feel like he’s speaking the truth, you know what I'm saying? I'm with him, that's my big brother."

The "Lockjaw" rapper, who previously collaborated with West on a track called "Figure It Out" and who reportedly dated West's sister in law Khloe Kardashian on and off back in 2014, also gushed about the Kardashians.

"I love them all," Montana told ET. "They’re all my friends, forever. For life. That's my family, you know, forever."
