The world of Vana'diel is getting another land to explore when the Seekers of Adoulin expansion drops in Spring 2013!

Brush off your Taru Taru-sized boots and get ready to head to the continent of Ulbuka, Final Fantasy 11 fans. In this primordial setting, you'll find the Sacred City of Adoulin, new challenges, and two new jobs: the Geomancer and the Rune Fencer. And you'll be able to try out the jobs' skills on some fresh enemies as well. These baddies include the Velkk, Twitherym, Chapuli, Matamata, Heartwings, Craklaws, Acuex, and Umbril. We're not going to pretend to understand any of these mobs' names, but they seem like they'll provide a nice challenge for those looking to discover strange, new creatures and then kill them for loot.

A few of the regions that are rife for exploration include Western Adoulin, the Rala Waterways, Yahse Hunting Grounds, Ceizak Battlegrounds, Foret de Hennetiel, the Sih Gates, and the Moh Gates. A lot of these locations feature thick jungle terrains, calling to mind an ancient world.

This savage land should provide some thrills for veteran players when it's released on March 26th, 2013. The standard edition will be available for $29.99, for both the PC Digital Download and the Xbox 360. The Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition will sell for $39.99 for both platforms and includes Rise of the Zilart, Chains of Promathia, Treasures of Aht Urhgan, Wings of the Goddess, A Crystalline Prophecy, A Moogle Kupo d'Etat, A Shantotto Ascension, Vision of Abyssea, Scars of Abyssea, and Heroes of Abyssea.

In other words, you're going to be very busy. Check out the trailer for the expansion below and let us know if you'll be heading off for new adventures in Vana'diel! And visit the official site for more info on Ulbuka.
