This weekend in Texarkana you can ride dinosaurs, walk with dino pet Tracey, play games, jump in the dino bounce houses, get your photo taken in Jurassic scenes and see life-sized dinosaurs as they were when they roamed the earth.

This event is Saturday, Dec. 13 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 14 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center. Bring the family to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to touch dinosaurs and interact with entertaining and informational exhibits that appear to be real. Here is a brief look at the fun and exciting T-Rex Planet this weekend at the Four States Fairgrounds.

Don't miss this exciting event. The fun lasts all day on Saturday and Sunday. Go for a while, leave then come back later that day if you want to hang out with the dinosaurs again. Your kids are sure to have a blast and burn up some of their energy running around checking out all of the cool dinos, playing and riding.

Ticket Information

General admission for Adults and Children ages one and older is $15 per person. It includes tour of the Dino exhibit and to walk with Dinosaur pet Tracey. Plus, you get unlimited access to basketball, soccer, dart sports games and Dinosaur Band. You also get unlimited access to the Dinosaur fossil dig.

VIP admission tickets for children (ages one to 12) is $27 per child and it includes everything from the general admission ticket plus a free gift, unlimited Dino scooter rides, unlimited inflatable jump house, sports games, Dinosaur rides, fossil digs and a free T-Rex Planet helium balloon.

Kids can choose from many activities that they may never have an opportunity to experience again such as dancing with the dinosaur band or digging up a dinosaur fossil or even riding a friendly walking dinosaur. As for mementos, pick up a mini replica of your favorite dinosaur.

General admission tickets include a tour of the dinosaur exhibit only, (tickets for dinosaur rides and dinosaur inflatables can be purchased at the event for $5 each. There is additional cost for face painting and green screen photography and artificial tattoo painting). Children under the age of one get in for free; $3 off tickets with military ID at Box Office.(Discount not available for online purchases); $3 off any ticket for senior citizens at Box Office.(Discount not available for online purchases)
