Several rappers have expressed their outrage over Meek Mill’s 2-4 year sentence for violating his parole. But Meek has one unlikely adversary in his corner. Drake recently shouted out the Philly rapper during his Australia and New Zealand leg of his "Boy Meets World Tour" on Saturday (Nov. 18).

Drake and Meek have engaged in a back-and-forth rap beef for several years now. But it looks like Drake has put his differences aside and is showing his support for the embattled Philly rapper.

During his concert, Drizzy briefly stopped to address a couple of people in the crowd. "I see you with the Adidas, three stripes," he said to one one fan. "I see you got the 'Free Meek Mill' T-shirt," he tells another person. "Free Meek Mill too. You right," he added.

Last week, the New York Times published JAY-Z's op-ed piece on Meek Mill and the criminal justice system. The rap mogul wrote that "we could literally shut down jails if we treated people on parole or probation more fairly."

Meanwhile, Meek Mill was moved from a maximum-security prison to a medium-security state prison in Chester, Pa., last week. According to TMZ, Meek will have a little bit more freedom at the new facility. He can now go out into the yard and play ball or jog in the morning or afternoon. Meek also will have to get a job at the prison, which pays 19 cents an hour.
