It's that time of year again. Time for Daylight Savings Time.Officially Daylight Savings Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday Morning. However, most people simply set their clocks forward one hour when going to bed Saturday night.

So, as we spring forward by an hour you will lose an hour's sleep. Say for instance you go to bed at 10 p.m. it will actually be 11 p.m. as you set your clocks forward by one hour.

This will make for an hour more light in the evening, but at the same time it will be darker for an hour in the mornings.

We will get that hours sleep back and revert to standard time on the first Sunday in November.
