The home intruder who broke into Chris Brown’s residence last week has been identified and charged with three different felonies. The charges stem from her arrest last week for breaking and entering into the singer's home in Agoura Hills, Calif.

During her arraignment on Friday (May 8), Amira Ayeb pleaded not guilty and was charged with felony burglary, stalking and vandalism. The judge also ordered the 21-year-old woman to stay at least 100 yards from Brown.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles believe that Ayeb broke into Breezy’s crib on May 2 and over the next four days made herself at home while the singer was away in Las Vegas.

When the “Ayo” crooner returned, he discovered Ayeb naked in his bed. "I get home and find this crazy individual in my house," Brown wrote in an Instagram post. "She Found time to cook her several meals. She wrote 'I love you' on the walls. She threw out my daughters clothing as well as my dogs stuff. Then had all these crazy voodoo things around my crib. And she painted her name on my cars!!!!"

Ayeb was represented by a public defender, who had no comment on the matter. She reportedly is still in jail on a $220,000 bond. A rep for Brown declined to comment on the case as well.

Ayeb will have to appear in court for another hearing, which is scheduled for May 21.
