Even behind locked doors at a court-ordered rehab facility, Chris Brown is still finding new ways to land in the legal system's hot seat. Nearly one year after the singer and Frank Ocean were involved in a West Hollywood studio brawl in January, Ocean's cousin, Sha'Keir Duarte, has filed a $3 million lawsuit against the pop singer for "massive" pain and suffering.

According to TMZ, Duarte says Breezy's bodyguard "brutalized" him during the crew fight. The legal documents filed break down his list of injuries, and how much each one is worth.

Sha'Keir Duarte's Monetary List of Damages:

  • $1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience
  • $1,000,000 for emotional distress
  • $1,000,000 for punitive damages
  • $60,000 for medical expenses

When Duarte first made the announcement to sue Brown, he claimed it would be for a cool $2 million, but it looks like his injuries have increased $1 million since making the decision to take legal action.

Chris Brown is countersuing Ocean's cousin, claiming Duarte provoked the fight and attacked him with "kicks and punches."
