Cher is making the transition from one popular reality show to another. Just weeks after she appeared on NBC's The Voice as a guest mentor, she's set to perform on ABC's Dancing with the Stars next Monday.

Cher will open the broadcast by singing her dance hit "Believe." And toward the end of the show, she'll perform a rendition of her latest single, "I Hope You Find It," off her new album, Closer to the Truth.

In between the performances, Cher will serve as a guest judge alongside regular panelists Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba. She will be filling in for head judge Len Goodman.

One of the celebrity contestants, Pretty Little Liars actor Brant Daugherty, is looking forward to seeing Cher in person. He says, "I think she's going to bring a really new perspective to the show and she's going to be amazing. She's such a legend. She's had so many amazing performances under her belt and she's going to be hard on us but she's going to be good."

Cher's appearance on Dancing with the Stars was announced during Monday night's show.
