Cats at the Animal Shelter That Need Homes [PHOTOS/VIDEOS]

There are many cats and kittens at our local animal shelter that are waiting for someone to adopt them. They are full of personality and are craving affection. Most of these cats are already litter box trained too!

No adoption fees in February. Just pay the spay/neuter fee. Micro-chipping your pet is only $20 through the shelter.

The Animal Care and Adoption Center located at 203 Harrison, Texarkana, Arkansas. They are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
