I was shocked when I got this message when I tried to go to my page on Facebook. According to the policies of Facebook, you are NOT supposed to send friend requests to people you do not actually know. Do the gurus at Facebook have a clue about networking?
Have you tried to send a message to someone that you are not friends with yet? Apparently there was an update to Facebook and now, if you want to send a personal message to someone that is not on your Friend list, you will be charged!
You have probably seen the Graph Search option on your Facebook homepage. It is a new option that is being tested that will allow you to do searches for many different things.
