December 11, 2012 Simone is a 1 year old husky. She is beautiful with one blue eye and one brown eye. Her coat is soft and short. She appears to have been a house dog. Simone is good on a leash. She is an affectionate dog.
December 4, 2012 Princess Leia is a puppy. She is approximately 10 weeks old. She is mixed with Australian Shepherd. Leia is very smart. She is already crate trained and working on leash training. She weighs 11 pounds.
Princess Leia is up to date on vaccinations, micro chipped and spayed. She has already had her first treatment for fleas. Leia likes to go for car rides, play, take baths, play some more and hang out with people. She comes when called.

November 28, 2012 Will your office be having a holiday party this year? Our group usually has two parties in December although both parties are not fully funded by the company. Last year we only had one. I blame the economy. The parties cost a lot unless you do a potluck event.
I may get some heat from co-workers but check out all of the photos and video from our past Christmas parties!
November 27, 2012 Maya is a beautiful, small-sized husky mix. She loves to play. Her fur is amazingly soft. She walks pretty good on a leash.
She will have to be spayed prior to adoption. Maya is approximately 2 years old.

These adorable babies were raised in a wildlife rescue in Texarkana. They make their way to the rescue in many different ways, often dropped off by a citizen that finds them in the wild.
November 20, 2012 Zoey is a beautiful, young Great Pyrenees. She walks very well on a leash for being such a young dog. She loves hugs and likes to play dress up.
Zoey will be a very large dog. With weekly grooming she can make a great house dog! A very sweet dog. She will have to be spayed prior to adoption.
November 15, 2012 This Black Lab wondered up to my house in the early morning hours one day last week. She appears to be someone's beloved pet but no one has came by looking for her.
Now I'm not saying that this particular dog was kicked to the curb but I wish people would put some sort of a note on dogs that they dump that says "Dumped Dog" so I do not waste time looking for owners that I will never find.
November 13, 2012 Red is a sweet, small breed dog. He is a little timid at the shelter but will quickly warm up when he gets into a new home where there isn't so much noise and barking. Red has a great personality and a laid back attitude.
Red is the favorite dog of Betty who manages the cats at the shelter. She thinks he will be a great dog for any family.
November 6, 2012 Ole Dan is a young hound mix. He is a super sweet boy that loves to play. He is smart and loves attention. He would make a great family dog or could learn to be hunting buddy.
