August 23, 2012 An unidentified person taped a turtle to a bunch of green balloons then set it on a journey which landed it in a tree. The turtle was swinging in the tree moving his arms attempting to try to get out of the mess he was in.
The Humane Society was called and one of their volunteers cut the turtle free. Thankfully the turtle was not physically hurt. Who knows if he was emotionally affected.
