Blood Drive at LifeShare Blood Centers URGENT NEED

LifeShare Blood Centers has an URGENT NEED for Blood Types: O & B. The summer heat wave is having an adverse effect on blood drive attendance. There is a shortage of O negative, O positive, B negative and B positive blood available for patient transfusion.

Hours are:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8AM to 4PM
Tuesday and Thursday 11AM to 7PM
Saturday 8AM to 1PM

Please call or go online and schedule your blood donation. Patients are in need of blood transfusions of your blood type.

Prior to donating get a good night's sleep. Eat regular meals so that you are not donating on an empty stomach. Be well hydrated by drinking about 16 ounces of water 25 minutes prior to donating.
