4 weeks ago Legend is a two year old mastiff mix. He is a big, sweet, loveable dog. He is very playful and will need a yard to romp. Legend is a manly-man's dog. He likes to play yet he also seems to have a gentle side for children. He weighs approximately 80 pounds.
5 weeks ago Today, April 22, is Earth Day. Of course, we all want to help save the environment, but the truth is, we still do plenty of things that hurt this great planet of ours, like driving a car, leaving the lights on or simply not recycling.

These pictures were mistakenly given to me when I picked my order up from Wal-mart many, many years ago. It was 1987, as you can tell by the date stamp on the photos. This is back when when you had to take a roll of film to a store that had a film drop off box and then wait several days to get your photos.

April 18, 2013 Last night the annual Texarkana Razorback Club Dinner was held at the Elks Lodge on Garland Street. The crowd was full of fans dressed in red and white. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner from Big Jakes and the speakers were informative as well as very entertaining. We were surprised to learn that Coach Bielema is quite the auctioneer. April 17, 2013 This is Sage, a German Shepherd Dog that had been given up on by her owners and turned into the animal shelter. She was an "owner surrender" which means her owners signed over their ownership to the animal shelter. The reason given: they said she was blind, deaf and could no longer get around. Once an animal is signed over to the shelter, they can put it up for adoption or euthanize it on the spot.
