Ashanti Debuts New Beenie Man-Assisted Single “First Real Love”

Ashanti has released an island-inspired offering called "First Real Love," which features reggae-superstar Beenie Man. The upbeat single was produced by Teetimus and will appear on Ashanti's upcoming album Braveheart.

"It’s my first real love and I don’t want to lose it now / But every time we get so close, I feel that love will lose us both / It’s my first real love out of all," sings Ashanti on the track, which was posted on her official SoundCloud page.

In addition to working with Beenie, Ashanti has collaborated with Rick Ross, French Montana, and Jeremih for Braveheart, due out on March 4.
