Arkansas Board to Consider Water Utilities Budget, Tax Rate
The Texarkana, Ark., City Board of Directors meets tonight at 6:30 at City Hall.One of the items up for consideration will be the Texarkana Water Utilities budget for the 2015-16 Fiscal Year. The board will also consider an ordinance setting the tax rate for the fiscal year as well.
