American Taekwondo Association World Championship In Little Rock [VIDEO]

Kick up your heels in Little Rock for the American Taekwondo Association World Championship competition. So yes, literally get to kickin'. 

What is Taekwondo you ask? Well, it is a form of Korean martial art and a combat sport. It is mainly a combination of strong yet graceful kicking techniques. It is not to be confused with Karate, which is a Japanese martial art focused primarily on punching and kicking strikes.

The American Taekwondo Association is having their World Championship competition July 9 - 15. Every year this competition is held in Little Rock and hosts thousands of Taekwondo competitors from around the world.
