A&M-Texarkana to Hold Eagle Club Fundraiser

The Texas A&M University-Texarkana Eagle Club will host a drawdown fundraising event Thursday, January 28, at 6PM inside Eagle Hall.

“This is a primary fundraiser for the Eagle Club, which provides scholarship support for A&M-Texarkana student-athletes,” said LeAnne Wright, associate vice president for University Advancement. “This is our second year for the event, and it’s becoming one that the community looks forward to every year.”

Tickets are available for a $100 donation each and include a barbecue dinner for two, door prizes throughout the evening and A&M-Texarkana fan gear. The Moss Brothers of Texarkana will provide entertainment throughout the evening.

The winning ticket holder will receive the opportunity to have a one-time scholarship named in his or her honor or in memory or honor of a family member, friend or associate.

The Eagle Club is the official athletics booster club of Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
