A Signal in Texarkana With an Attitude

It almost seemed like a joke when I had to sit at this light for what felt like five minutes but was actually only one but at the hour of the day that I go through this intersection, there isn't enough traffic to make me wait so long.

The signal at the northbound off ramp of Loop 245 in Texarkana, Ark. at Arkansas Boulevard used to have a setting that would recognize a car as it pulled up to stop. Now, it's like there has to be five or six cars line up before it will change. At 5:30AM there is not that much traffic to warrant a setting like this.
